Overall great experience that I would do again !
I was nervous about the prospect of purchasing a Bernedoodle online & States away, but the Pawprint Spot team eased my fears! My puppy was transported by van and arrived clean & healthy! I’m totally in love with her and can’t wait to show her off to everyone!

It did take me a while to decide on which dog I wanted. Jordan was so patient and so very helpful in helping me find the right dog for me. I have had her now for about 24 hours and she is a great dog, and I really could not be happier. She will be a great companion!

Such a great experience!
I was hesitant to purchase a puppy online. I did my research, spoke with my Pawprint Spot representative a few times and then pulled the trigger. Premier Pet Transportation delivered our Maltipoo puppy on Valentine’s Day and she was the best Valentine ever! She is a pawfect puppy and I am so thrilled with the entire process.

Great Experience with PawPrint Spot
We had an amazing experience with PawPrint Spot. It’s been 15 years since we last picked out a puppy, and the process has changed quite a bit since then. Candice from PawPrint Spot was incredibly helpful in assisting us with choosing the right breed and was always willing to answer any questions and provide additional details about the process and the puppies. She was very responsive and supportive throughout. The communication from PawPrint Spot was consistent, timely, and just when we needed it. We received Patrick (AKA Cricket) just over a week ago, and he’s healthy, well-adjusted, and everything we hoped for. I would definitely recommend PawPrint Spot to others in the future

My husband and I welcomed
My husband and I welcomed Wrangler into our home on Saturday evening (2/1/25). What a journey it was! We purchased him for the New Year, but he ended up being quarantined for 21 days before being shipped (everything turned out fine). I was starting to worry it wasn’t meant to be, but he arrived just in time for my birthday! He’s already captured my heart!
The only issue I had with PawPrint Spot was that they couldn’t find my account using my phone numbers, and they had to use my email address to locate him. When they updated my account, the corrected phone number didn’t make it to the transport company delivering him. I ended up calling the transport company directly since I hadn’t received any delivery details. Other than that, the process was smooth, helpful, and I’m absolutely thrilled with my new puppy! The transport company was excellent too. I would definitely go to PawPrint Spot again (or recommend it) for finding the perfect dog.

Seamless and great experience
Great service, from start to finish, and we love our new lil guy. We can tell that the breeders must have done some initial crate training or potty training. He’s been much more easy going and less anxious than our first puppy we bought from a local petstore. He slept thru the night completely with nothing but 2 seconds of whining in the crate next to my bed. He’s been amazing with my 6 year old mini golden doodle as well. We’re smitten with this cutie.

Excellent service
I am repeat customer. PawprintSpot was great, especially the chaperone who brought our puppy home. Their flight was delayed over 7 hours, but the chaperone kept communicating with me and reassuring me that my puppy was ok

Very pleased dealing with pawprintspot.
Very pleased dealing with pawprintyspot. I was a beginner and they walked me through the entire process from choosing the right breed to how to get my home ready and what to expect from my pup. The delivery service was right on time and we are very happy to have the additional family member. Would definitely use pawprintspot again in the future.

My precious little Maltese arrived
My precious little maltese arrived an hour early. He was clean and so happy to see me! He was not stressed out at all, just ready to cuddle and give puppy kisses. Obviously my puppy had been petted and cared for. The driver kept us informed all the way. My only wish was that he could have brought the puppy closer. It was quite a drive in the dark at 10:00 pm. Because of the rain we passed accidents on the way. Nevertheless it all turned out well and I have an adorable little baby

Amazing experience getting our puppy
We had the most wonderful experience picking out our new puppy along with the very best customer service. We received updates about travel and all kinds of details every day or two! Fantastic communication all along the way! Can’t say enough nice things about our experience!!!!
